3 Different Modes – Laptop, PC, Teams
Press the appropriate button for how you want to use the room. Below are the instructions for each mode:
Laptop Mode
Press the Laptop button in the drawer.
Plug the HDMI and USB cables from the drawer into your laptop.
Open your preferred meeting software and ensure that the correct USB peripherals are selected in your conferencing client’s device settings.
Start your meeting.
Selecting Camera Functionality – In Teams
Before or during a meeting, click the More (three dots) menu in the Teams toolbar.
Select Device settings or Settings > Devices.
Under Camera, choose the desired camera from the dropdown list
The preview window will display your selected camera. Confirm it is showing the correct image.

PC Mode
Press the PC button in the drawer.
Locate the in-room keyboard and mouse designated for the PC. Log in to the room PC.
Open your preferred meeting software and ensure that the correct USB peripherals are selected in your conferencing client’s device settings.
Start your meeting.
Teams Mode
Press the Teams button in the drawer.
Use the on-table touch panel to control the meeting. This operates as a standard Microsoft Teams Room.

Selecting Camera Functionality
To access the camera functionality, press the downward arrow to the right of the camera icon.
The framing works as follows:
Room: Automatically centers and focuses on everyone in the room.
Active Speaker: Automatically centers and focuses on the person speaking.
Composite: Zooms in on each person in the room and combines them into a single view.

Join via Meeting ID in MS Teams
Join via Meeting ID in MS Teams
Open the Microsoft Teams app or go to https://teams.microsoft.com in your web browser.
Click Join with an ID (located on the Teams home screen).
Enter the Meeting ID and Passcode provided in your meeting invitation.
Click Join to enter the meeting.

Shared Peripherals Across All Modes
All modes use the same peripherals. Functionality remains the same regardless of the selected mode.

Use the camera remote to adjust the camera angle.

Use the mic button on the table microphone to mute or unmute.

Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Not seeing an image on screen?
Ensure the desired source is selected within the content drawer and button pad.
If PC is selected, ensure the device is powered on and the wireless keyboard/mouse is working.
Confirm the display is set to HDMI INPUT 1.
Not seeing the camera or hearing audio when selecting “HDMI” (Laptop) at table?
Ensure the correct camera, speakers, and microphone are selected in your platform’s settings.

Why is the tabletop touch panel not showing as connected?
The touch panel will show this status until Teams mode is selected on the control panel.
Can the “Teams” system join Zoom or WebEx meetings?
Yes, but the meeting must be forwarded to the room from a Trinity Bank employee in order for it to appear on the panel and be selectable.
Why can’t I share content into a Zoom or WebEx call when using the “Teams” system?
This is a limitation of how MS Teams communicates with other platforms.
You can join the meeting from your personal device, mute your mic/speakers, and share content that way if needed.
