Quick Start

What would you like to do?

Join a Scheduled Meeting

  1. Find your meeting in the Scheduled list on the touch panel.
  2. Tap the green Join button next to your meeting.
  3. You're in. Use the toolbar to mute, change layout, or adjust volume.

Share My Screen

  1. Pick a cable from the table — USB-C or HDMI.
  2. Plug it into your laptop. Your screen will share to the room display automatically.
  3. To stop sharing, simply unplug the cable.

Pro tip: USB-C also enables BYOM mode — you can use the room's camera and microphones with any video app on your laptop (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, etc.).

Start an Instant Meeting

  1. On the touch panel home screen, tap Meet Now.
  2. Once the meeting starts, tap Invite on the toolbar to search and add participants.

Make a Phone Call

  1. For Teams calls, tap Call on the touch panel and use the dial pad.
  2. For standard phone calls, use the CP965 desk phone on the table.

Heads up: The CP965 desk phone is a standalone unit — it is not synchronized with the meeting audio.

Open the Whiteboard

  1. On the touch panel home screen, tap Whiteboard.
  2. Use the on-screen tools to draw, write, and collaborate.

Whiteboard, Facilitator, and Call availability depends on your organization's Microsoft 365 licensing. If you don't see a button, contact IT.
