Conference Room
Display
ON – Powers the display on and selects the Room PC as the default source.
OFF – Powers the display off.
Sources
Laptop – Changes the selected presentation source to Laptop. Use the table HDMI and table USB connections to connect to the system. Enables the room audio system for the laptop.
Room PC – Changes the selected presentation source to Room PC. Uses the Room PC as the primary presentation source. Use the provided mouse and keyboard to control the PC. Enables the room audio system for the PC.
Wireless – Changes the selected presentation source to Barco ClickShare. Plug in the Barco puck to gain access to the room audio system.
Cable – Swaps the HDMI input on the display to Input 2. Use the provided cable box remote to control the cable box channel.
Barco ClickShare Button
Connect the Button
- Plug the ClickShare Button into your laptop. It will connect automatically to the room system.
Ready to Share
- When the button lights up solid white, it’s ready to share.
- Press the button once to share your screen. The button will turn red to indicate sharing is active.
Dual Sharing
- Up to two people can share their screens simultaneously. ClickShare will optimize the screen layout for the best visibility.
Take Over the Full Screen
- Long-press the button if you want to take over the entire screen for your content.
Access Advanced Features
- Press the small quick button on the ClickShare device to open the app and access additional features.
End Sharing
- To stop sharing, press the button once. To disconnect entirely, unplug the button from your laptop.
Barco Wireless Conferencing
Plug a ClickShare puck into the laptop you want to present from. Select Wireless on the button panel. The devices should appear as “ClickShare Room Speakerphone” for both the speakers and microphone, and the camera will be labeled “ClickShare Room Camera.” Make sure these are selected as the conferencing speakerphone and camera to use them wirelessly with the puck.

You can use the above link to install the application for camera control with the selected presentation source, or use the provided remote (see image).

By touching the mic icon on any of the table microphones, all table microphones will mute and turn red. When unmuted, they will be green.
You can also mute the microphone audio feed by muting the mics within the conferencing software.
