Note: Pressing View only shows content inside the room. To share with remote attendees on a call, you must press Share.

Auto Source Switching

The system automatically switches between the HDMI wall plate and ClickShare. If a device is plugged into the HDMI wall plate, it takes priority. If nothing is connected, the system routes to ClickShare automatically.

Wireless sharing from your laptop

1Plug the ClickShare Button into your laptop's USB port. It connects automatically to the room system.
2Wait for the button to light up solid white — it's ready to share.
3Press the button once to start sharing. It turns red when sharing is active.
4To stop sharing, press the button once. To disconnect entirely, unplug the button from your laptop.

Dual sharing: Up to two people can share simultaneously. ClickShare will optimize the layout. Long-press the button to take over the full screen for your content alone.

Press the small quick button on the ClickShare device to open the app and access additional features.

Tips
Troubleshooting

No image on the display?

Ensure the display/projector is powered on. Verify that the system is awake on the touch panel and the correct input source is selected.

ClickShare button not working?

Unplug and re-plug the ClickShare button. Wait for it to light up solid white before pressing. Ensure you're on a supported OS and the driver has loaded.

Meeting not showing in Calendar?

Ensure the room was invited in the calendar event. If it still doesn't appear, use the Teams or WebEx button to join by meeting ID instead.

Remote attendees can't hear you?

Check that the room is not muted on the touch panel. Confirm the microphone LEDs are illuminated green — red or no light may indicate a mute or hardware issue.

Screen is sharing but remote can't see it?

Make sure you pressed Share (not just View). View displays content in-room only — Share is required to send content to remote participants.

Volume too low or too high?

Use the volume controls located in the bottom-right corner of the Start Page on the touch panel.

Touch panel is unresponsive?

Try pressing More on the touch panel to restart the device. If the panel is completely unresponsive, contact support using the button below.
