Touch Panel Start Page
Main interface & key features
This is the primary page for the system and the default screen whenever the system wakes up. The projector powers on automatically. Calendar information populates on the left, and volume controls are in the bottom-right corner.
Calendar Button
View & join scheduled meetings
The Calendar button displays upcoming meetings scheduled for this room. This same information is also shown on the main Start Page. Tap any meeting to join it directly.
If your meeting doesn't appear, make sure the room was included in the calendar invite. You can also join by entering the meeting ID directly.
Call Button
Favorites, recent calls & directory
The Call button gives you access to Favorites, Recent Calls, and the Corporate Directory. Select an option and type your search query to locate contacts.
Microsoft Teams Button
Join with meeting ID & passcode
Tap the Teams button, then enter your Microsoft Teams meeting ID and passcode to join an active Teams meeting from this room.
Your meeting ID and passcode are in your Outlook calendar invite under the Teams meeting link.
WebEx Button
Join a Cisco WebEx meeting
Tap the WebEx button to join a Cisco WebEx meeting. This opens the same interface used for viewing and sharing content — use the Share option when in a call to share with remote participants.
Share Screen Button
View locally or share with remote participants
To display content in the room (from the HDMI wall plate or ClickShare), tap View. To share that content with remote participants on a call, tap Share instead.
Note: Pressing View only shows content inside the room. To share with remote attendees on a call, you must press Share.
Auto Source Switching
The system automatically switches between the HDMI wall plate and ClickShare. If a device is plugged into the HDMI wall plate, it takes priority. If nothing is connected, the system routes to ClickShare automatically.
Barco ClickShare Button
Wireless sharing from your laptop
Dual sharing: Up to two people can share simultaneously. ClickShare will optimize the layout. Long-press the button to take over the full screen for your content alone.
Press the small quick button on the ClickShare device to open the app and access additional features.
Top Left Button (Do Not Disturb)
Room name & incoming call settings
Tap the top-left button to see the room name and toggle Do Not Disturb on or off. When enabled, all incoming calls will be blocked.
Top Right Settings Button
Audio, microphone, camera & standby
Access settings for audio, microphone, and camera here. These are typically pre-configured — adjustments are rarely necessary.
- Standby — Puts the room into a low-power shutdown state
- Device Settings — For diagnostic purposes; should only be used by administrators
Camera Settings
Self-view & camera control presets
Self View Tab
Toggle your self-view on or off, choose between fullscreen or picture-in-picture (PIP), and adjust the self-view position within the PIP.
Camera Control Tab
Use the directional pad to manually adjust the camera view. You can also select from saved preset positions for quick framing.
Tips Button
Helpful on-device guidance from Cisco
The Tips button provides helpful information directly from Cisco about using this device — a great reference for learning additional features built into the system.
No image on the display?
Ensure the display/projector is powered on. Verify that the system is awake on the touch panel and the correct input source is selected.
ClickShare button not working?
Unplug and re-plug the ClickShare button. Wait for it to light up solid white before pressing. Ensure you're on a supported OS and the driver has loaded.
Meeting not showing in Calendar?
Ensure the room was invited in the calendar event. If it still doesn't appear, use the Teams or WebEx button to join by meeting ID instead.
Remote attendees can't hear you?
Check that the room is not muted on the touch panel. Confirm the microphone LEDs are illuminated green — red or no light may indicate a mute or hardware issue.
Screen is sharing but remote can't see it?
Make sure you pressed Share (not just View). View displays content in-room only — Share is required to send content to remote participants.
Volume too low or too high?
Use the volume controls located in the bottom-right corner of the Start Page on the touch panel.
Touch panel is unresponsive?
Try pressing More on the touch panel to restart the device. If the panel is completely unresponsive, contact support using the button below.
