The availability of features such as Facilitator, Whiteboard, and Call depends on your organization's Microsoft ecosystem configuration and licensing. The interface in the room may differ from the images above based on these enabled features.

Wired Sharing

Connect your laptop via HDMI or USB-C for instant screen sharing.

USB-C enables BYOM mode, allowing you to use the room's camera and mics with any PC application (Zoom, Webex, etc.).

Wireless Sharing

Plug the wireless pod into your laptop's USB-C port. Wait for the light to turn solid, then press the button to share.

MTR Automated Space5th Floor

Conference Room 3 features the exact same automated interface and hardware as Room 1.

General Information

System Automation & Features

Occupancy Sensing

Displays power on automatically when you enter and shut down after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Independent Audio

Meeting audio is handled exclusively by the A30 Video Bar. The CP965 tabletop phone is a standalone unit for standard calls and is not synchronized with the meeting audio.
