This is the main screen displayed when the room is idle. From here you can access all key features.

Ways to Join

Join a Scheduled Meeting

Tap to join from the home screen

When meetings are scheduled for the room, they appear on the home screen. Simply tap the Join button to connect.

You can also join from your laptop or phone to present or access meeting chat.

QR Code to Join

Scan with your phone to connect instantly

The QR code on the home screen refreshes every 60 seconds. Scan it with your phone camera to:

  • Join a meeting in progress or starting within 10 minutes
  • Start a new meeting directly from your device
  • Cast content from your phone to the room display

If the Teams mobile app isn't installed, you'll be prompted to download it after scanning.

Join a Webex Meeting

Via the Control Panel

1Swipe from the right edge to open the Control Panel.
2Tap the Webex icon.
3Enter the Webex meeting number or search by host name/email.
4Tap Join to enter the meeting.

Join a Zoom Meeting

Via the Control Panel

1Swipe from the right edge to open the Control Panel.
2Tap the Zoom icon.
3Enter the Zoom meeting ID and passcode if required.

Enter a 12-digit meeting ID & passcode

Every Teams meeting has a unique 12-digit ID. Find it in your Outlook calendar invite.

Invite the Room

Add the room from your device

If the room hasn't been invited, add it from your laptop or mobile device. Forward the invite and wait a few minutes for it to appear.

Join from Your Device Too

Use your laptop alongside the room

Join from your personal device to share content or view participants.

Select "Don't Use Audio" so you join muted. If you need room speakers, select "Room Audio".

Important: If connected from both the room and your device, all audio on your personal device must be fully muted to prevent echo.

Share Content Wirelessly

Cast from your laptop or phone

Share content at any time — in or out of a meeting. Tap "Share" on the touch panel.

Share wirelessly using the Microsoft Teams desktop app or by scanning the QR code.

A colored frame around your content means it's being shared with remote participants.

Local Display Routing

Send different sources to each display

1Swipe from the right, then select Local Routing.
2Choose a source for the left display.
3Choose a source for the right display.

Each button controls only that display. You can show different sources simultaneously.

Start a New Meeting

Create an ad-hoc Teams meeting

Tap "Meet" on the home screen to start an unscheduled meeting. Invite people by searching their name or number.

Use the dial pad for phone calls

Tap "Call" to open the dial pad. Dial the number and press Call.

Changing the Layout

Choose from multiple layouts depending on your licensing, display format, and attendees. You can also toggle meeting chat.

Modes, presets, and self-view

Swipe right to open the Control Panel, then select Camera.

  • Group — Shows all participants
  • Frames — Zooms in on individuals
  • Speaker — Follows active speaker (up to 7.5m)
  • Best View — Keeps you centered (Board/Desk Pro)
  • Manual — Pan, tilt, and zoom

Swipe right → Selfview. Choose hide, show in-call, or always show. Tap Fullscreen to expand.

Press "More" to restart the device, access settings, or report a fault.

Troubleshooting

Display not showing an image?

Ensure the display is on using the IR remote. Verify the correct input is selected.

Wireless casting not working?

Ensure you're connected to a network and have followed the sharing steps.

Don't see your meeting?

Try forwarding the invite to the room, or enter your meeting ID manually.

Volume too low or high?

Use the volume control along the bottom of the touch panel.

They can't hear you?

Check mute on the touch panel. Confirm microphones are illuminated green.

Can't see the other participant?

Ask them to disconnect and reconnect to the call.
